This cigar was released in September 2019 by Coprova aboard a yacht named Excellence during a cruise on the River Seine. Quai d'Orsay was established in 1973 as a collaboration between Cubatabaco and SEITA (the former French state tobacco company) specifically targeting the French market. The brand is named after the famous avenue in Paris along the Seine.
