This exceptional release from Macallan was created alongside the Roca Brothers of El Celler de Can Roca, who have been crowned Best Restaurant in the World multiple times. Matured in just six first-fill Oloroso sherry-seasoned casks, the London release in the Distil Your World series marks the spirit of the UK's capital, with the map of the city engraved on the presentation case along with a book which delves into the story behind this truly special project.
Tasting notes by Joan roca: The taste is slightly umami, with the subtle touch of curry and the sweetness of Earl Grey tea, as well as keeping The Macallan's signature taste of orange, vanilla and raisin. There are some special notes in there that are really rare to find.
