Excellent condition. From a well looked after collection. 2 cigars with minor foot damage. This is an exclusive 2007 release of 5000 boxes. The tobacco used for this cigar was harvested in 2002 and specially aged for a minimum of three years before rolling the cigars. Montecristo stands as a pillar of the Cuban cigar industry. It was founded in 1935 by Alonso Menendez in Havana. The name comes from the famous novel The Count of Montecristo which was a firm favourite when read to the Torcedores (cigar makers) at the factory where it was founded.
