Ex. Tabacalera. Excellent condition and bouquet. A special Partagas cigar band dedicated to the Spanish socialist leader Pablo Iglesias, and after his death, it was given as a tribute to his family shortly after Fidel Castro came to power. Each cigar features an extremely rare "Impuesto del Emprestitito $35,000,000 1939" stamp which refers to 1939 US loan given to Cuba. These cigars were gifted by the Cuban government to VIPs and diplomats. These private selection Cuban government boxes, labelled Seleccion Privada, are distinguished by their exclusive golden dress box design.
