Sealed. This cigar was produced exclusively for British War Prime Minister Winston Churchill during the Second World War and became a permanent commercial production after Sir Winston's historical visit to the Romeo y Julieta Factory in 1947. The band design originated in the 1920s and was used for personalised cigar bands for numerous people. Only the present Churchills cigar band is still in use.
